Hi All, I logged into the hub this morning to check if I'd been given a reply to my enquiry yet...........Nope.
I noticed that there are now 10 "private" questions, but none have been deemed safe to show to the entire community yet. I wondered if anyone had got a reply? maybe by direct email? Surely by now they must have found one out of the ten enquiries that was okay to show on the hub? My, message would be a good example of a tame question which would be easy to reply to without giving anything away. This silence is IMO not a good strategy.
I'm starting to think that posting a message on the hub may be a waste of time, it maybe time to return to bugging Sam again via email? like the bad old days, but at least I got a prompt reply then, even if was basically a "no comment".
