The passing of the patient also raises questions around did it in anyway have an influence on MT decided to leave.
This comment is silly. When MT joined, he'd have realised that there was a very high chance of patients dying, but then we should not be surprised at your constant negative speculation, as only a month after MT joining PAA you were already accusing him of achieving nothing.
