Or the opposite. My discussions with board members in the past suggests they always wanted to sell as soon as they got a decent offer. However those discussions were a while ago so their objectives may have changed.
The wording of the announcement suggests John will oversee what has already been put into place while I suspect Roger Aston negotiates a sale.
Only speculation, but that's my best guess.
