Precisely, hence my previous posts disputing there was any legal obligation to disclose. For all we know the patient could have been hit by a car and can't continue to the trial as intended. But irrespective, as they weren't on any trial there is no obligation under law or to the shareholders to disclose. Anyway, I'm sure we haven't heard the last of it in these threads
