OMG the $210 000 loan is a very normal business transaction (a money now versus money later decision)

Mollard was pushed. A read between the lines tells us that.......no pat on the back, just a bland gone and thank you announcement.

We can all have our conspiracy theories about why but the most likely one is the BoD's disappointment with the continued delays, the results of which i suspect have been hanging over Mollard like a french guillotine for some time now.

Quite frankly given that the announcement recognizes the current need for multiple resources which I am sure they have already identified to carry the trials forward I am OK with this significant development.
