Not trying to make more of it but the $210k on its own may be normal business. However if I have just saved $1.5m in forward expenditure which should have been accounted for in forward budgets then the need for a small amount like $210k seems strange.
without going into it I do have experience with these types of finacial decisions and the onky reason you bring forward money from the future to now is because you are trying to stay liquid isor there is an immediate result to be gained.
if there were an immediate pay off to the decision then I think it would have been communicated as that is good. If it is because we are trying to stay liquid on top of the $1.5 saving then that concerns me.
but to think that is normal business IMHO is just not right.
