    To be honest, if he knew he was resigning, why didn't he dump the lot?

    Speculation suggests he saw a down trend and got some out or he was pi**ed off with someone and said okay f you then. He could be going to hold 30m shares as an investment to see where AVZ goes, since he gave them to himself for free anyway!!

    I don't know if I see him dumping the rest any time soon..
