Sometimes you reach a stage in a job/business when you know it is the right time to move on. Steve will be (is) disappointed not to see the development of Phillips River through to fruition but his DFS will be the "roadmap" for whoever takes over.
Steve will have produced (very soon!!!!) a DFS based on solid mining science, engineering and operational nous and for a small operation like Tectonic it will be very complete and very bankable.
I think based on the strong market performance over the last week followed by the imminent anouncement of the new CEO and release of the DFS we can anticipate further gains.
