TTR has been long overweight in directors, could be easily run by three directors. No doubt the true position at TTR will eventually become clear. A please explain notice by ASX might help. I feel TTR management have shown total disregard for their long suffering loyal shareholders. There has to be more to these recent games being played at TTR, first (the unwarranted) Directors bellyfull of freebie options, then the mates (oops sophisicated investors) Shares with freebie options, managment jumping ship. The remaining Directors should either come clean or resign as well. Then, just maybe TTR might possibly become a real mining company, instead of just mining shareholders pockets.
