The options will not vest unless the the share price exceeds 12c for 30 consecutive days, which has not, and now cannot happen under their directorship. Any payment by either director can only happen after vesting.

The facts to-date do not show that they have paid up anything and as such any interpretation of their confidence / positiveness or otherwise cannot be derived from the Appendix 3Y's you refer to.

It is ok to be positive Robo but please ... less distortion of the facts.

Obviously announcements about the future of the company must be coming. Namely their replacements and the long overdue DFS remains imminent.
