Sorry you are quite correct Bargold (jumped to the wrong conclusion). Seeing this notice is a month after the AGM it is a bit late so I lost the context of this "notification of a change in interst" should have read the detail more carefully and remembered the original vesting conditions which were not mentioned in the notice.
I jumped to the conclusion that they would lose the options if they left the company and therefore they would probaly convert before formally leaving.
Appreciate you input Bargold (based on a good deal of industry experience) and apologise for the "distortion of the facts".
