Now Mike is the APPLICANT so perhaps he becomes the first call, lets hope he is helpful as he is known to tow the Company line with any responses they will round table tomorrow morning.

Jack Flanagan is the perfect bloke to call on 040206o522, you must call early say 9.00am whilst Perth are still asleep, and the rest of the ASM staff get their morning coffee, walk up to their office and read the paper for an hour. Now you are permitted to call him as I checked the application form on the portal and he is the contact guy for the approval.

Simple Question - When was the last time you spoke to the assessing officer (use FOI or PPIP Acts) if required - this is not restricted information), and are you aware of any correspondence brought to the attention of the assessing officer during the assessment stage that may have slowed the process.

I suspect No - but if we do not get the answers from the Company then we go to the source. If Yes - ooh that means someone has to fork out $30p/h and put in an application form. It should not even take an hour - all we want to know is what the issue was that slowed the assessment process and who sent it.
