@BellGuide3124 and @Icecold85 - people are curious as to why the Mod1 application is taking so long. Now I think that there are some new complex issues but they should have all been well addressed by various consultants and Government Departments. Maybe if I were to have a punt it is the truck movements and traffic control which is cause for pause.
Simply there was someone, maybe not on this thread but someone who wanted to make contact. I am sure as shareholders we can contact the applicant. I believe its Mike Sutherland - maybe double check the portal or call the actual contact bloke Jack. You can ask them how the assessment is progressing, when is the last time you have been in communication with the assessing officer, has anything come up that is slowing the process, do you think it will be approved this quarter?
They should be transparent as its just words, its not like they have to pull out files, make records etc... we are entitled to know what's going on. I am surprised we have not had a non-sensitive release just letting us know everything is still on track for this quarter as it is getting late.
Better communication from the top is the key here.
