Why do you think they need to close outlets?  I would have thought more outlets = more profit.

I'm very interested in this stock, but yet to pull the trigger.  For the banks to recover the most possible money they should keep this company afloat.  It makes good profit, and could pay back the money within a few years.  If they go into receivership the banks will only get cents on the dollar.

I also think a capital raise is out of the question at these prices and such poor sentiment.  If it goes badly it would be very bad for RFG.  This leaves selling assets... maybe.  Or the banks simply cutting RFG some slack on their covenants.
