He leaves behind a balance sheet on a tight wire imo, next CFO will be looking closely at writing off 280m of intangible software development costs parked on that balance sheet. It will make for a shocking headline imo. I hope for DOW's sake they cap raise before the market realises that the current 2.1bn valuation is hot air for a company that has negative free cash flow, excess debt, culture issues, skinny margins and a paltry 17cents NTA per share.
