ha ha- I love how you think the BOD change has impacted all the way down to sellers and customer decision cycles .....did you not hear Rick say that they had 3 significant contracts slip into Q2....... did you not hear that they have expanded sales team and the training and onboarding takes many months ......if the BOD change had impacted the sales reps motivation and focus to not want to sell and earn a healthy commission - then they are not sales people ......... IMHO I think they are sales people and they had some deals slip - it happens in sales - what we really want to see is that each sales rep is increasing their number of units sold - my biggest fear is the current sellers are accustomed to farming smaller accounts vs hunting larger accounts .... time will tell
