Personally I'm still holding on the basis that the Albertan governement MAY eventually get the policy right and allow careful, considered and appropriate mining of coal in the Catagory 2 areas

The world does need met coal and I agree it would be a way for the SW Albertan regions and indigenouspopulations to generate income, improve living conditions and provide opportunity to their communities

Just in the bottom drawer for now and hopefully Alberta can succesfully get it's head around an appropriate, achievable, environmental balance

But there's no doubt that at the moment mining companies etc looking to invest in Alberta/Canada would have raised eyebrows and not insignificant concerns
