Nothing what so ever
The General Council (head lawyer) used to perform this function but in late 2019 after PFS was announced they brought on someone who could take over the role and the supervision of the General Council. Now with the CBI along with many other acquisitions occurring he probably needs to separate from the function and leave just focus on his legal work
