yes not ideal in uncertain times, but good for the future. The next CEO needs to hit the fast forward button for online. I do my fair share of online shopping and as a whole online experience from website, service and delivery, Kathmandu is slow compared to most. travel should get better next year and so should Kathmandu. Fingers crossed the next CEO wants to have a serious crack.
