Totally agree, MikeSmith1981, excellent insightful post, I do not think Star will lose its license but I think others in addition to Jessica Mellor, Robbie Cooke, Christina Katsibouba and Betty Ivanoff should be made to pay for this tragedy.
Rav Townsend, Eileen Vuong, David Foster and Scott Saunders should be shown the door and removed from their posts due to the inquiry evidence this week. They have been chronically understaffing Star and this had led to the Star turmoil.
All these resignations should have been forced terminations by the regulator like here in the United States of America. it is insufficient to let them get away with it through just a resignation.
Star will be much better with Robbie Cooke, Christina Katsibouba, Jessica Mellor, Betty Ivanoff, Rav Townsend, EIleen Vuong, David Foster and Scott Saunders in it.
