Agree it is a "good reset". Also it will take the "market" a while to work out that there is management that are delivering "boring" results... patience is a virtue.
Another "elephant" in the room is the fact that Dobbie and Dearlove (or more accurately their associates) still own 8.8m shares. They will probably want to exit their holdings at some time. Will be interesting to see to see how this can be facilitated over the next few years.
