I was in two minds about the Batangas project until all these recent posts pointed out that it would almost certaily not go ahead. The thing that really turned me about Mr. Dugdale was that I can't recall him ever once mentioning the uncertainties of the project, when all along he must have known that it was a long shot, if he was interested in it at all.
If this is fraud, I would hate to see him get away with it, especially with a pocket full of my cash.
My position is hold, mainly because at our current share price it's hardly worth selling, and, who knows, maybe our new directors will find something worth pursuing. Something that doesn't require much cash.
