I think Dugdale should be held personally liable to repay everyone who was suckered into last September's SPP ("Share Price Plan") at over .002 - after which he unconscionably trashed the share price to beneath a level over which it has never recovered - and pay all of such shareholders back what they sent him, WITH INTEREST BASED ON THE CURRENT GOLD PRICE! The interest being the difference between the gold price in September 2015 and the date of his belated resignation in July 2016, something like 20 percent.
I think Dugdale should be held personally liable to repay...
