    Best of luck Stephen. I can remember the dark days after drilling Zola and Ringwood when the spod price had crashed. That would have been the time to bail if he wanted an easier life. He saw us through that painful period and built a hell of a company out the other end. Everything is set up to succeed now.

    This changing of leadership is the potentially the right move for CXO as well as for Stephen. I recall LTR made the same change from David Richards (brilliant geologist) to Tony Ottaviano (former BHP executive) as they moved toward production. Correct me if I’m wrong but I think their share price more has more than tripled from that point. CXO has changed. We are not an explorer any more we are moving towards production. That requires a different skillset.
