As others have siad, nothing sinister in this change in personnel, Steve Biggins has family and friends in SA and is a guy who identifies good ground and makes transactions and exploration happen, he would have spent a lot of time away from Adelaide in the last few years, obviously he will be active with SLB in the future and has taken CXO about as far as it can go with his specialized skill set, better to get production and construction experts in at this stage of CXO's trajectory, he's given them a lot of notice and time to hand over the accumulated knowledge to the next people who will take the Finniss Project to production.
