lots of companpies do this with MD or CEO once got to production stage someone else moves in with a different skill sets.
Succcession plans are part of a companies makeup, usually but seem to have missed that, or they aren't saying yet.
we have a lots of potential spinoffs and ipo etc to be had hopefully this year, not sure the skill sets are present,with that, but other will know that or not.
