If they choose the right person it will be a real positive. It is very hard to be an exploration geologist or CEO that transitions to a mine. LTR made a decision with David Richards consent that he was out of his depth or his passions lay with exploration and they appointed another to take the company out to the next stage. it worked out for LTR and I’ve got no doubt in the long term it will be positive for CXO.
