Carbon's statement suggests that the company expects the EPA process will be a long one.
So appeal not looking good.
Company strategy may be to slow things down, avoid the mad rush that has characterised its actions up till now.
Real community consultation, better disclosure, hard slog of execution of company plans.
All things which dont appear to be in Tenardi's suite of skills.
I think this move improves the chances of BAU being a successful company.
