Shareholders need to remember that the reason we invested in FXR was because we saw great potential. I for one still believe that FXR has great potential. Some of our directors have solid credentials and are proven performers. I see the MD/CEO change as a turning point for the company, provided the Board devotes the relevant attention to ensuring the following is done/in place:
* A Visionary & Entrepreneurial CEO is appointed
* The right management team
* A savvy business strategy (with defined milestones)
* Relevant relationships/contacts (in Oz & O/S) are leveraged
* Costs are controlled & Executives are rewarded based upon performance
* The market is regularly informed of progress and achievement of defined milestones
Board of FXR, show shareholders that you are focussed on realising the true potential of FXR & that there is a plan in place (which is being implemented/monitored).
Let's get FXR up & running again - there's never been a better time!
