I am at a complete loss to explain why a company with escalating...

I am at a complete loss to explain why a company with escalating profits, year on year ROE exceeding 10% and bugger-all debt is trading at this level. I can't say I'm upset though - if things can stay here for a few more months and the company keeps doing what it's doing, I'll be very happy indeed....bring on the infrastructure spend!
