I think a consolidaton of capital and then a CR is the best option.
If i were management i would consolidate at around 20 or 50 to one and then hammer the market for stock at higher prices.

Easy in theory, i hope management can get it rolling.Gee we surely must all agree management have worked hard even though times have been more than a little difficult.

Also re PPA i am not sure why you think they will never occur, yes its been a long and drawn out wait, but try dealing with authorities in Indonesia, i for one dont envy Panax managements job their, and for sure money talks.
