I also see many positives here however KP's corporate memory will be missed.

I can't imagine the new directors wouldn't have taken a close look at the business before accepting their positions and they wouldn't have jumped in if they thought their reputations would be tarnished with the stench of failure.

I am hoping that the CR was delayed as good news on PPA's is "imminent" and the resultant uplift in SP would allow more capital to be raised with the CR.

Sophisticated Investors would have surely done due diligence and not tipped in if they thought their money was at risk.

This all makes me think a change of fortune for the business is not far away, It's about time.
