I vaguely remember the previous Co Sec being pushed out, then a dispute with NMDC about accounts, then NMDC never at any time taking any directors' fees. Maybe NMDC was never the real villain, although I bet they love the trip out here. What I do remember is that the MD was never involved in any work - there was always a CEO doing the little work that was done.
In the end, you invest in quality management. The rest is all BS.
