I think everyone should be asking themselves why desert the company when it needs it most over strong allegations (whether founded or unfounded) of dodginess. It is pretty obvious though that taking it private you can hide all the dodginess from public scrutiny. I think this event has put a rather black mark against Mr Wilson as it's not about shareholders (although u r getting a small temporary boost to the share price, a get out of jail free card so to speak) but about him and his company (his baby)
