Ok, so I'm not a holder or shorter but this is an interesting situation.
To me it appears as if a takeover offer is coming.
In whatever form it comes I believe NTA will take a large role in deciding the take over price.
Havn't got a NTA figure on hand ,
Does anyone have a good estimate of Net Tangible Assets
I get the feeling that it will be quite a bit higher than MC
