i see this as a savy ploy to stuff up the shorters and take advantage of a low share price to pick up the company on the cheap. Wilson would not resign unless he was confident of a t/o deal, and likely has another 20 - 30% of shares from associates in his pocket. A short squeeze is imminent, the question is if 75% of holders will accept an offer - what price will get over the line?
