Yeah on paper the company could theoretically sale for roughly $734m if you leave the share price where it's at now -- which interestingly is oscillating around NTA per share.
Normally in this situation a syndicate of bidders would be looking to purchase forestry assets at a discount to NTA -- but this doesn't sound like it would be a normal syndicate? That said, I'd imagine FW and the board would have to somehow sweeten the deal for these mystery partners...
