well they both had/have plenty to lose, that's probably why when they quit they both came out with a questionable 'bid' with no price and no partner.
Time will tell if Frank manages to find a partner - but clearly the Glaucus document gives a very good blueprint for doing due diligence. Of course stranger things have happened - SGH bought Quindell even though blind freddy knew it was a fraud!
