The hard line approach by ASX and their referral of the case to ASIC has always suggested to me some sort of vendetta against Taurus. I have formally complained to ASIC. Due to the good efforts of Taurus and Realm I expect an announcement early nextweek that ASIC has cleared them both.
As I have previously discussed this does not necessarily mean an early resumption of trading. I still fear that Morgans was not successful in getting the share price upto a level that would allow a float of new shares at a price that would satisfy the major shareholder. I also do want my holding unreasonably diluted. We will see but I still think there is a good chance they will opt for a plan B.

This hardline approach you mentioned couldve never been the case at all if a forced delisting was the original plan.
