Does resigning immediately as director rule out working out the rest of his contract, as the employee that he was, in a different role? I assumed he would continue as employee for 3 months ensuring a smooth departure.
I also assumed that with Don's resignation the board immediately ceased to be deadlocked, and decisions could be made to move things forward.
I guess we will see.
