Might I also suggest (based on this experience) that KIN consider "Contract Production" on a BO or Build and Operate basis where KIN do all of the geology , mine planning and mining work and provide feed to the plant , but contract out on a "Dollars per Ounce" basis the running and maintenance of the plant after commissioning.
That way everyone is doing what they do well and KIN capitalize on rise in Gold price and other external factors. You've now got an accredited finance man on board , crunch the numbers and relieve us all of future heartache and pain.
