The treatment of executives gets alot of public outrage, and it is largely disserved.
I think of the TRS CEO departing (6 months) and still geting paid out a 6 month notice period or similar.
I though the GDI CEO was OK, and wish he hadn't left. But since he did, and has $30m of shares etc.... I don't want to hi to get paid 12 months of gardening leave, while the new MD pockets $750K pa! Paying to execs concurrently.
I will continue to hang on, as I like the portfolio... not the management.
