Yes hope we have someone with the right set of skills to drive POD forward ... certainly be woeful SP performance under his leadership thats certainly Marco factors PGM price dives(just look at all the other ASX PGM plays SPs) , EV batteries attention affected more so than micro factors .. SR drove forward some great results ... the deep drills the met studies , aeromagnetic data showing mafic/ultramafic contact to 2kms in depth , Progressing a World Class5 down-stream processing pathway using Podium’s atmospheric leach process. Until we see who's coming in to replace Sam I can't see this latest development as a positive... as its so hard to get experienced staff ..
Maybe one of our Tech advisors has put their hand up for the role and SR would rather go another direction ...
