Very strange announcement. This entity has $11 million in the bank and the MD/CEO has decided to leave to pursue other opportunities.
Yeah sure, with $11 million in the bank this would be the perfect entity to pursue 'other' opportunities with. Maybe the problem was they or MRR itself couldn't make a decision on what opportunities to pursue and it was decided new blood was required here.
