It may rattle the cage a little, since it takes very little to spook the punters; however, the announcement says he will be leaving over a 3 month transition period, so it's not as if the ship is being left rudderless. It also says that the first assay results are due in February (which starts next week anyway) so I would suggest that the first batches didn't make it to the lab before Christmas. Better news is that the company is talking to potential joint venture partners to develop Watershed. Overall I think we'll see a dip in the SP today, probably back to 11c.
