Richo is not going to dump shares ffs. That is not in his interest.
He's contributed and now he's moving on. Perfectly normal, especially now that the Chinese have moved in. AGC did not need two chairmen and this move was predictable, it was just the timing that we'd have been guessing on. He also has plenty of other things going on at MAG and it's clear to see he's done his job here. Perfect time for an exit.
Usually directors chase a block trade when they want out. Richo won't have a problem finding one. You'll see it happen one afternoon over the coming weeks, is my guess. That's assuming he does want to sell - he may not. Who knows!
