The video actually made today's news worse for me.
The CEO states "...on the director front, the top two shareholders New South Resources and GeoZen.."
Firstly, the Annual Report should reflect this claim by the CEO - accounting standards?
Secondly, those "top two shareholders....are totally aligned". No mention of any loyalty for David Richardson, Magmatic Resources or his interest in approx 5.8 million shares.
So David Richardson leaves a nice soft well paying board job as AGC founder ($133K p.a.) with no notice and effective immediately?
I'm sorry, but for founders - door don't open and close all the time. Ordinarily, founders have to be kicked out unwillingly. Especially, if their project is a good one.
Is this project a good one?
If Richardson left on good terms, we would have been told about it by HIM in a statement.
Somethings happened here and we are not being told.
Does anyone have any REAL info on this?
