So what are peoples thoughts on expected / adequate takeout price.

I've been in UNV pretty much since listing I think, 1st purchase was in 2010, and am well in the money, my average is about 9c (after taking account of dividends etc) so my holding cost is low. Its been pretty evident that the low sentiment for coal is certainly weighing on the share price and therefore limiting the upside potential and probably fair value from being realised. My personal belief is that 50c+ is more of the value for this stock, however if I'm honest with myself, after a long investment and with the sentiment for coal not high and unlikely to grow I'd be open to an exit strategy if we could garner a half decent takeover price. I'd probably sell at 35c plus if an offer was to come at that price, so something in the region of a 50% premium to current SP.

What are others thoughts as its fairly obvious that an exit strategy at higher than current market price will likely be available in the short term.
