wow just released the meeting and he's gone. I wonder if there was any strategic action in resigning vs taking it to a vote or he just didnt want to bother with the ramifications. Still.... disappointing after 8 years of service he is out without any explanation for why hiss head was called for. Certainly not viewing our new investors with any high esteem at this rate.
maybe he caught wind of another large holder who would have supported the vote.
