I remember well. I was trying to offload my own shares at the time prior to the release of results and couldn't figure out why I couldn't as the SP was continually forced down. Went on for a couple of days, and then they went into a trading halt to explain that they had drilled up mud only, and the SP plunged to current levels.
Was absolutely astonished to discover that the Director's selling had been partly responsible for the dropping SP prior to release of results.
Apparently, a non issue though....
Cost me $15K.
